Free Admission and Rides at the Fair!…
Today, we took the kids to the Fair. The admission and rides were free for a certain period of time this morning!
We had been really excited about Ava getting to ride the ferris wheel because she was too short last year. Heading straight for the ferris wheel when we got into the park, Ava was really excited. We stood in line for a while and then Mina and Ava were ready to be seated in the cart. The guy running it then told Ava that she was too short! Ava was devastated. She cried pretty hard.
We rode the other rides and had fun, but it was definitely heart breaking for Ava to experience that.
The kids loved sliding down the “big fish slide” and the “gorilla slide”. Piper did well just hanging out in the stroller.

Hey Jason, have you guys ever been to lake winnie?? they let kids ride the ferris wheel there or sometimes at these little parking lot fairs they allow kids with an adult. James has been many times.
Really!…where is lake winnie? That would be really cool!
